The design of this villa is a coexistence, offering a duality that seems contradictory: while the architecture achieves the need for enclosure and privacy, it also allows its inhabitants to live openly with nature. The design strategy places two longitudinal volumes facing one another, but with physical separation; thus, the design positions them in a direct conversation, enlivening the space in-between.
The flexibility of the architectural spaces allows for mediation of natural light and regulation of interior temperatures, an essential contextual aspect of the desert climate.
