Parlour focuses on highlighting the concept “French food without attitude”.
The design is a holistic approach of a user centered experience, focusing on stimulating the senses of the customer and enhancing the overall journey.
It is translated through the emphasis of abundant natural light, the introduction of a free flowing circulation, the use of a fresh color palette and the induction of both a custom made playlist and a personalized scent to be incorporated in the space.
