Kobe Ya is a gluten free café introduced in the Dubai community. The concept focuses on delivering the same lightness a body experiences on a gluten free diet into a space. It is a projection of what the human feels from an inner bodily experience into an outer physical experience: feeling light, fresh and clean.
A modern, calm and refreshing approach is defined by the materiality and branding to create a distinctive visual style that highlights the restaurant’s fresh and inviting aesthetic.
Light becomes an important player that defines the ambiance of the cafe and enhances the overall mood and experience of the customer.
